Arbitration in Family and Personal Status Cases
Arbitration in family cases is the resolution of disputes between spouses to reach agreement between them, whether to continue married life, or to separate between the spouses, in addition to disputes related to dowry, alimony, and custody.
Within the scope of this solution, we initially resort to finding someone suitable for arbitration from the spouses’ relatives, based on a request from the spouses themselves, and a third arbitrator is appointed with the arbitrators who were chosen from the spouses’ relatives. If the spouses declare that there are no relatives suitable for arbitration between them, then the authorized arbitration agency is the one that appoints specialists to arbitrate family disputes to reach agreement and a satisfactory solution.
