Agency membership

Obtaining membership in the Justice Agency for Intellectual Property is available to the following categories:

• Holders of a university degree as a minimum of academic achievement in various specializations.
• Owners of creative intellectual property rights, whether in the field of copyright and related rights, or in the field of commercial and industrial property rights, including patent holders, model designers, trademark owners, and everything related to commercial and industrial property.
• Researchers in the field of intellectual property who are nominated by institutions and administrations working in this field, or who are recommended by two affiliate members of the Arab Agency for Intellectual Property or who are recommended by two university professors.
• Those who provide distinguished services to the Justice Agency for Intellectual Property.
